ORDERING
All our bread is made from scratch using sourdough starter — no commercial yeast, no premix. Each loaf takes 3 to 4 days to prepare from the moment you order. Panettone requires a full week. Please place your order with enough lead time so we can give your bread the time it needs.
Same day orders depend on availability. Please check our Shopee or GrabFood page for same day stock.

PRODUCTS
No. Every product we make — from our European loaves to our croissants and panettone — is leavened exclusively with sourdough starter. We do not use commercial yeast in anything.
No. Sourdough still contains gluten and is not suitable for those with coeliac disease or a diagnosed wheat allergy. However, properly fermented sourdough undergoes a process that breaks gluten down to a more manageable threshold — many people who experience discomfort with regular bread find properly fermented sourdough easier on their stomach. If you have a specific medical condition, please consult your doctor before consuming.
Not necessarily. Sourness is one possible outcome of fermentation — not the definition of it. Our European loaves carry a mild, natural tang, but our soft loaves, pastries, viennoiserie, and panettone have no sourness at all. Proper fermentation, when given the right conditions, produces flavour and complexity without acidity.
Please refer to the ingredient list of each individual product for full details.
We are not Halal certified. However, our products are pork free and alcohol free, and the majority of our ingredients carry individual Halal certification from their respective suppliers.
STORAGE & HANDLING
Bread keeps for up to 3 days at room temperature or up to 1 month in the freezer. Pastries keep for up to 3 days at room temperature or up to 1 week in the fridge. For panettone, it stays moist at room temperature for up to 14 days and lasts through 21 days after baking.
Lightly spray the surface with water, then reheat in a preheated oven or toaster at 160 to 180°C for about 5 minutes. The moisture is what brings the bread back — if it still feels dry after reheating, spray a little more before the next attempt.
PANETTONE SPECIFIC
Our panettone is available year round, not only during the festive season. It is made to order — please allow a full week from the time of your order.
Please place your order at least one week before you need it. For festive periods and bulk orders, we recommend ordering earlier to avoid disappointment.
It is one of the most considered gifts you can give. With a shelf life of up to 21 days at room temperature and no emulsifiers or additives, it is something genuinely worth giving — and worth receiving. We are happy to advise on packaging for gifting purposes.
