Effective Date: 1 January 2026
1. General Policy All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been collected or delivered.
2. Production Issues If your order has a defect caused by our production — such as an item that is clearly unbaked, contaminated, or significantly different from what was ordered — we will arrange an exchange at no cost to you.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order
- You must provide photo evidence of the defect via email to einkorn.plt@gmail.com or via WhatsApp
- The item must not have been consumed beyond initial inspection
We reserve the right to assess each case and determine whether the issue qualifies as a production defect.
3. What Is Not Covered The following are not considered defects and will not qualify for an exchange:
- Natural variation in crust colour, shape, or size typical of artisan sourdough bread
- Personal preference regarding taste, texture, or sourness level
- Damage caused after delivery handover to the courier
- Orders not collected within the designated pickup window
4. Delivery Issues As delivery is handled by a third-party courier (Lalamove), Twenty-Two Bakery is not liable for damage, loss, or delays that occur after the order has been handed over to the courier. Customers are encouraged to inspect their order upon receipt.
5. Order Cancellations Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been confirmed, as production begins shortly after order cut-off.
