1. General By placing an order on twentytwobakery.com.my, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. This website is operated by Einkorn PLT (LLP0032257-LGN), trading as Twenty-Two Bakery.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability or unforeseen production issues. You will be notified promptly and a full refund will be issued.
Orders must be placed within the pre-order window as indicated on our website or social media.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely via Fiuu. We accept the payment methods made available through the Fiuu platform.
Orders are only confirmed upon successful payment.

5. Delivery

Delivery is fulfilled by Lalamove, a third-party courier service. Delivery charges are calculated based on Lalamove’s prevailing rates and will be shown at checkout.
Twenty-Two Bakery is not responsible for delays or damages caused by the courier after the order has been handed over.
Customers are responsible for ensuring the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate.

6. Pickup

Self-pickup is available at our bakery in Bandar Sri Damansara, Kuala Lumpur.
Pickup times will be communicated upon order confirmation.
Uncollected orders will not be refunded.

7. Product

All our products are made with natural fermentation. Slight variations in appearance, size, and crust between batches are normal characteristics of artisan baking and are not considered defects.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website including images, text, and branding is the property of Einkorn PLT and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
